Turkish Shishkebab by Ana Sultana catering opened its doors in 2010. Our Head Chef Michael and Owners Ufuk/Chizu/Ihsan have had a passion for food industry long before opening its doors. The Owners Since childhood starting as a busboy in a Mediterrannean Restaurant at the age of fifteens, and of course educated very well in Tourism Colleges in their twenties.
